Digital Marketing Centricity

In this course, we will teach Digital Marketers how to conduct research on their target markets. We will teach them how to generate hypotheses and to test out their hypotheses offline as well as online. We will teach them the various research methods that can be used before a campaign is executed and during the execution of a campaign.

In this course, we will teach Digital Marketers how to plan their digital marketing plans using design thinking. They will learn to empathise with their target market, ideate the most plausible solutions, and propose changes to their marketing solutions based on what their market responds.

In this course, we will teach Digital Marketers how to use the marketing funnel to plan a marketing campaign. Learners will also be taught the interfaces of the Facebook, Google and Instagram marketing platforms.

In this course, we will teach Digital Marketers about content marketing. Content marketing is a good supplementary marketing method to create brand depth, demonstrate expertise and build a community of prospects. We will teach the various ways in which to do content marketing using different contents.

In this course, we will teach Digital Marketers how to integrate online and offline methods of marketing into fresh new ways of marketing. This unconventional way of marketing, called “creative guerilla marketing”, can take many forms, but its main aim is “shock value” so that their potential prospects can see their advertisements in a new light. This method is often used when advertisements are too competitive in the “red ocean”, and advertisers want to carve out a new “blue ocean” for themselves.

In this course, we will teach Digital Marketers how to bring traffic to their websites or business pages. The purpose of inbound marketing is to not only increase Brand Awareness but also to increase knowledge about the brand and to retain repeat customers.

Design Management Centricity

In this course, we will teach Leaners how to think systematically, by considering the archetypes of behaviour in an organisation, the mental models that are used by team members and the connections between team members. This is so that kinks can be ironed out and system blockages can be flushed out, bringing about more efficiency within the organisational system.

In this course, we will teach Design Managers how to plan and strategise their content marketing efforts. Content marketing is an excellent supplement to digital marketing. It can help build brand depth, demonstrate expertise and build a community of prospects.

In this course, we will teach Design Managers how to conduct market research. They will learn how to determine their target market, how to segment their target market and how to align their brand personality with their customer persona.

In this course, we will teach Learners how to think conceptually. We will teach Learners how to use nonlinear information, how to rely on pre-existing knowledge, and how to use deductive, inductive and adductive forms of reasoning.

In this course, we will teach Design Managers how to propose the development of innovative ideas through a system of metrics and management. Innovation is not just about good ideas. Innovation is also about how these ideas can be executed, and how these ideas can benefit the business goals of the organisation.
